Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Backend Engineering

Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using either Laravel (PHP) or Node.js (JavaScript).
Work on backend logic, database management, and API development to support web applications.
Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Debug, test, and improve code to enhance performance and security.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

Work closely with senior developers and the UI/UX team to implement high-quality features.
Participate in discussions, share ideas, and contribute to problem-solving within projects.
Document code structures, API endpoints, and technical workflows to ensure smooth project execution.

Continuous Improvement & Learning

Stay updated with the latest Laravel features and web development trends.
Learn industry best practices for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Improve problem-solving skills by working on real-world development tasks.

Qualifications

Experience: Basic knowledge or prior project experience in Laravel (PHP).
Skills:
- Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Basic proficiency in MySQL and database management.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git is a plus.
- Knowledge of Node.js will be a plus.
Soft Skills: Willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
