WEN Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level SEO Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in SEO, a good eye for analytics, and a passion for driving organic growth, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO Strategy & Execution

Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover new ranking opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements for better visibility.
Develop and support link-building campaigns and outreach strategies.
Monitor SEO performance through tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Collaboration & Optimization

Work closely with writers, designers, and developers to align SEO goals with content and site performance.
Provide strategic recommendations for improving website architecture, user experience, and content.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes from Google and other search engines.

Technical SEO & Continuous Improvement

Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, crawl errors, mobile usability, etc.).
Perform competitor analysis to benchmark and discover opportunities.
Optimize website structure, internal linking, and navigation for both users and search engines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO or a digital marketing role with an SEO focus.

Skills & Tools

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, and Screaming Frog.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with WordPress is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
