Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Backend Engineering

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and PHP.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for seamless data exchange.
Work with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration between UI and backend functionality.
Optimize application performance and database queries for scalability and efficiency.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

Work closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers to translate ideas into high-quality applications.
Participate in team discussions, provide technical insights, and contribute to project planning and code reviews.
Ensure proper documentation of features, code structures, and API endpoints for seamless team collaboration.

Continuous Improvement & Learning

Stay updated with the latest Laravel features, security best practices, and development trends.
Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities proactively.
Improve existing codebase by refactoring and following industry best practices.

Qualifications

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Laravel development or related web development roles.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Laravel, PHP, MySQL.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React) is a plus.
- Experience with Git version control and deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with server management, third-party API integration, and security best practices.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
