- In your Admin, go to menu Plugins > Add.
- Select the tab “Upload”.

- Unzip the folder and Upload `team-manager-pro` folder to the `/wp- content/plugins/` directory.

Settings :
This Settings menu appear in the Teams icon when the user hovers over it.
This Settings menu consists of global settings that is applicable across all Teams. The menu also appears below the Teams menu in the admin dashboard.
The settings bar consists of a checkbox to enable debug mode in frontend for the plugin. This option, when checked uses the uncompressed java script and CSS(Cascading Style Sheets) files in the plugin making debug easier in case of CSS and js conflicts.
All Teams :
The All Teams menu is the menu that shows under the Teams icon in the admin dashboard. The menu opens up a dedicated interface to represent a list of teams.
Under this option, website admin can view/edit the information of the members of the team.

Members tab is the first active tab in the Team Manager Pro configuration page. This tab lets users toggle the members’ names, short descriptions, images, company name, job position and social links. When adding a new team bar, the first setting for users is to create a member name with required data.
The members tab helps to provide complete information about the members of the team with the help of the fields given in our plugin.
The list of members can be sorted. The order of appearance of members can be arranged from here. The dragging of members upwards and downwards helps to sort the members of the team. The below snapshot clearly illustrates the sorting of members.
Basic tab is the primary tab under the Members tab of the Team Manager Pro plugin. Under this tab there are following fields.
- First Name : This field is to provide first name of the member of the team.
- Middle Name : This field is to provide middle name of the member of the team.
- last Name : This field is to provide last name of the member of the team.
- Description/Bio : This field is to provide short description of the member of the team.
- Website : This field is to provide website address of the member of the team.The website URL of the member is filled in this field.
- Address : This field is to provide physical address (location) of the member of the team.
- Phone : This field is to provide phone number of the member of the team.
- skills : This field is to provide skills information of the member of the team.
This tab provides information about the social profile’s links of the member. The social profile’s addresses/links of the member of the team are provided under this field.
This tab is to input the profession details of the member of the team.
- Job : This field is to input the job title of the member of the team.
- Company Name : This field is to input the Company/organization name of the member of the team.
This tab is used to upload the photo of the member of the team.
The link/source of the image is to be provided in the”Profile Photo” field box by clicking “upload photo ” button . The highlighted section is shown above.
And the most important thing to consider in mind by the user is that if you prefer to use gravatar you need to check the box. The Email Address must be provided to use gravator. Note :- if the user uses Photo Upload and the Use gravator both then the Use gravator will be given priority.
Settings tab is the second active tab in the Team Manager Pro configuration page. Settings tab consists of the settings that is applicable across the selected team only. The settings tab consists of General Settings and Style Options that is applicable across the selected team only.
1.General Settings :
The general settings section provides varieties of settings options such as providing number of members to be displayed in a row, maximum width of the display section of the members, photo style(color,sepia,gray scale), font size for the team,a search form the team and a custom CSS(Cascading Style Sheets) field. More description is given in below section.
2.Style Options:
The style options let’s the user to select colors options for the social profile link’s. This section also allows to arrange the order of appearance of social profile’s icon . The user can drag the social icon section towards upward or downward to arrange the order of appearance of social profile’s icon.
The General Settings tab provides options for mentioning number of members to be displayed in a row, the photo style, the font style that the team shares and custom CSS(Cascading Style Sheets).Here is also a option either to show search form or not in the team template.
- Members per row : This section helps the user to set value for displaying number of members in a row. The members per row determines the number of members to displayed in a single row. The default value for members per row is 2.
- Max width : This section helps the user to set the width value for member wrapper. The value must be between 400 to 600. Here the user enter max width for member wrapper without px (pixels value). Note :- Applicable for 2 members per row.
- Photo style : This section helps the user to set the style for the images of the members. The images can be displayed in displayed in different styles. Note:- The styles that can be chosen are Color,Sepia and Gray scale.
- Team font : This section helps the user to set the font style in the team created by the user.The font style selected here will be applied throughout the team.
- Show Search : This section helps the user to enable or disable the search form to be displayed in the top section of the team. The search form helps to find the member from the team.
- Display Team Name : This section helps the user to enable or disable to show the team name at the top. The team name if desired to be displayed can be done by checking the box.
- Custom CSS : This section helps the user to add custom CSS(Cascading Style Sheets) to be applied in the team. The custom CSS is given by the user in this text area.
The Style Options let’s the user to select colors options for the social profile icon. This section also allows to arrange the order of appearance of social profiles icon .
- Icon Color : This section helps the user to setup the icon color for the social profile icon.
- Icon Background Color : This section helps the user to setup the background color of the social profile icon.
- Icon Hover Color : This section helps the user to setup the color of the social profile icon when the user hovers over it.
- Icon Background Hover Color : This section helps the user to setup the background color of the social profile icon when the user hovers over it.
The social profile’s icon can be sorted. The order of appearance of social icon can be arranged from here. The below snapshot clearly illustrates the sorting of social icons.
Templates tab is the third active tab in the Team Manager Pro configuration page. It provides hover effects for displaying templates of members of team. The hover effects provides effect that makes the templates look attractive. There are number of hover effects given as options. One can choose hover effect as per requirement from the drop down menu options in the “Hover Template” field. There are altogether 35 hover effects.
- Hover Template : This section provides option for selecting different types of hover effects for displaying templates of members of the team. Below the Hover Template section is the live preview section of the hover effect choosen.
Uses tab is the fourth tab in the Team Manager Pro configuration page. This tab provides options for the user to display the Team.
- Display via Shortcode : This section let’s the user to display team in posts or pages. By copying the given shortcode in the desired posts’ or pages’ section user can display team.
- Display via PHP function : This section let’s the user to display team in templates. By copying the given shortcode in the desired templates user can display team.
