# Theme Installation

There are two approaches to installing the theme. You can either install it easily via the WordPress admin dashboard or Upload and install the theme through the FTP client.

## From your admin dashboard

- Log in to the WordPress [Administration Panels](https://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels).
- Select the [Appearance](https://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels#Appearance_-_Change_the_Look_of_your_Blog) panel, then [Themes](https://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels#Themes).
- Select **Add New**.
- Type** “WENS Inspire** ” in the **Search themes…** box
- It will show **WENS Inspire** and click on it, and install. Once installation is complete, you can activate it.

## Upload and install the theme through an FTP client

You can use an FTP client like [FileZilla](https://filezilla-project.org/) to connect to your web server.

1. Download **wens-inspire.zip** to your Desktop.
2. Unzip **wens-inspire.zip** to your Desktop.
3. Using an FTP client to access your host web server, go to /wp-content/themes/ and upload your new copy of the **WENS Inspire ** Theme.
4. Now, log into the WordPress Dashboard with your login details.
5. Select the **Appearance** panel, then **Themes**.
6. You will see the theme “**WENS Inspire **” in the list.
7. Then click the **Activate** button.
8. Now the theme will be activated and go through the following options to set up the theme step-wise.
