# How to update the Travel Joy Pro theme?

There are two methods to update your theme.

## Via Dashboard

You can update the theme directly from your dashboard if the license is active.

1. Go to your dashboard **Appearance > Themes** and click on the notification link to update the theme.
2. Go to your **Dashboard > Updates** and update the theme if an update is available.

## FTP Installation

1. Use your FTP software to browse to the wp-content/themes folder.
2. Extract **travel-joy-pro.zip** and upload the folder.
3. Once it’s uploaded, go to your WordPress Admin, and browse to **Appearance** > **Themes**.
4. Click the **Activate** link.
